I have a Vaio laptop, Intel i3 core, Windows 8.1, no touchscreen, and it can't connect to ethernet, I've tried wifi and cable, but nothing works. Restarting the laptop and modem doesn't help, but I don't think the problem is the modem because all the lights are green and my phone and ps3 connect normally. Help!
