why has my Sony Vaio screen turned sideways

I have a sony vaio notepad. I turned it on today and the screen has turned sideways I can't use the mouse as its all over the place and I don't know how to re set it can you help?

Just a quick idea from me. Can you try pressing ctrl+alt and the arrow keys(try all directions)

Let us know how you get on and if it doesn't work i'm sure someone else will have an idea for you very soon
