Hi all
I've seen this on the forum previously. A great pair of these great headphones and although I have been thoroughly impressed with the sound, somewhat disappointed that a £300+ set of headphones has such a weak bracket on the hinge and has started to break, as others have noticed.
I have now read many issues online where there is a design flaw in the headphones where too much pressure can cause the bracket to break, so I am extremely disappointed.
any advice?

Also is it possible that you upload an image of the broken headphones?

the support told me the following:
Please keep your proof of purchase (invoice) at hand to attach. - Nicthe serial number is one of the affected ones.

Did they give you a reference number the service centre is asking for one for the case?
