Second pair of these has broken now.
Anyone have any idea how to get a refund on both pairs? The main site just funnels you down a Q&A until you get to a form to request a repair, which I'll have to pay for and will probably be more than the headphones cost.
My partner bought these on Amazon and they broke within 5 months. I bought a second pair from Currys as a replacement, as at the time it seemed easier than her dealing with the process of organising a refund, because she suffers with Myalgic Encephalomyelitis (Chronic Fatigue Syndrome) and she was also awaiting surgery.
Just over a year after buying the second pair they broke again, in the same place. Pretty ridiculous really as she keeps them in a travel case.
