How to connect the headphone to the app? Do you have any idea?
Hello,
Download the Sony Connect App to your phone.
Open the Connect App.
Make sure your phone is in Bluetooth pairing mode.
Turn on the MDR and enable the Bluetooth pairing mode.
Check to see if it has paired with your phone.
Check on Connect App for the MDR connection.
If you don't see it, do another bluetooth compare from your MDR to the connect App.

Ps: I have WH and WF Sony products.
I tried everything but still doesn’t work, really disappointed if it’s not supported by the app.
Have you tried contacting Sony Support in your country?
Alternatively contact the the place where you purchased the Headphones from.

Unfortunately the MDR 1000X headphones are not compatible with the Sony Headphone connect app. Here is the latest list of compatible headphones.

I don't think the MDR-1000X is supported by the app. I've tried every method to connect but even though the phone connects, the app doesn't recognise the headphones
