Anybody help. Got XF1000XM3 earphones and the case is not charging. Tried lots of outlets and no red light. Sony not helpful. Tried to contact them and get the runaround. 3 months old.
Have you tried a different cable to charge the case? There's a chance the cable could be damaged internally and you wouldn't realize since you can't see it.
