Brand new product and Sony is unable to supply transfer software that is compatible with a Mac running Mojave (10.5).  That's some going SONY. 

Don't suggest FREE Android transfer.  It works upto a point and then run out of screen availability (no scroll bars).

I meant a different Mac device. But since you said you tried another one and it's the same, I'd say test it with a different version of Mac to see if it's a common problem among all of them or not.

The problem is the lack of effort by Sony in keeping their software updated for Mac users. Current version (10.15) and previous version are not compatible. That’s over 18 months since there has been a compatible version. Sony releasing a brand new product with this kind of issue is a disgrace.
