NW-WS413 Right Ear Piece Issue
My Sony Walkman NW-WS413 left ear piece does not work correctly (only a very small volume is emitted). I have only used this device for activities such as during running and commuting. What is the solution?

Hi Stheeda,
Have you made sure that the software of the Walkman is up to date. I found a software update link under the downloads section on the product support page: https://www.sony.co.uk/electronics/support/digital-music-players-nw-nwz-ws-series/nw-ws413. I'd recommend giving this a go.
Cheers,

Hi Stheeda,
Have you tried resetting the Walkman as explained in the Help Guide: https://helpguide.sony.net/dmp/nwws410/v1/en/contents/TP0000877550.html ?

In fact the resetting option does not work for me.
I have tried clicking minus button & forward button together as illustrated
on there for 17 sec, but it does nothing.

Hi Stheeda,
That's very strange. Have you made sure that the playback is paused before performing the reset operation?

Yes, I have as I could not hear any music playing when I was performing the reset operation.

Hi Stheeda,
There's not much you can do when it comes to this Walkman than what you've already tried. I suggest you try restarting it and if that fails, take it back to your dealer.
All the best,
