hi, how are you? did you do repair service to this model of headphones ( wf1000mx4) left of earbuds just stop working it is not charging at charging box try to reset them on the way ho you show at sony.ie and it is noting change any way

hello @grabarczykmarcel8, have you tried the initializing steps as well? If so and the issue remains, you can send them to Sony's repair centre for inspection. When did you purchase them?
