Wh-1000 xm4

My wh-1000xm4 headphones connect to my Samsung but after a few minutes the sound goes all “metal mickey”... any help would be appreciated.

Do you have chosen the correct Bluetooth profile?

Any chance to test the headphones with a different phone to find the cause for the issue?

Sorry for misunderstanding.

This is a Samsung tv...
there are no Bluetooth profiles to switch between just connect to the WH-1000XM4.
My Bose work fine with the tv.
