Someone recommended the WH-CH510 headphones for video-conferencing using Zoom. I paired the headphones with my laptop ok, and I can listen to music and watch videos ok, the sound is great. But when I use them with the Zoom app, the sound is all broken up. Running the Zoom audio test is pretty much ok. This happens every time - switch the headphones off and all is well, switch them back on again and the sound breaks up. I asked around and no-one has any idea why wi-fi should interfere with bluetooth. One person suggested connecting my laptop to the router using an ethernet cable to see if that worked, but my laptop doesn't have an ethernet port! Have I missed something?
