Why on the NW-A45 does it ask you to set the clock? When the clock isn't visable on the front screen?
I'm asking what's the point of having a clock buried deep in the setting you can't actually use?
It's states that it's for managing the library again what's the point?
Hi Phil,
I'll see if I can find this out for you. Maybe someone else in the community can help in the meantime.
Thanks,
Pascale
I think you will now see the time when you select the HOME button on your remote? That is quite useful.
The NW-A45 is an mp3 player, not a TV.
I agree with BugGirl67. I can't think of a reason to dislike having a clock. It's extra functionality that's unlikely to affect anything in a negative way. It also enables the sleep timer and screen off timer functionality which I definitely take for granted in most of my electronic devices.
Do you actually know what the Sony NW-A45 is? It's an mp3 player for music. It's not a TV it has no remote.
The clock settings are buried deep in the settings and the clock cannot be moved to the front screen.
I also have a Sony NW-A105 which is an Android mp3 player and I can put the clock on the front screen. As it's customisable.
Hi Phil8715,
As it is an MP3 player as you mentioned, I don't see a point of having the clock all the time displayed on the screen.
However, each and every electronic device I've owned had clock settings.
Cheers,
Rose
