For the last couple of days (and possibly longer as I haven't used the set much) I've been unable to get Internet services on my KDL-32W705C.

In the list of apps I see only the built-in ones. My favourites (iPlayer, Prime Video) are there but if I click on them nothing happens.

I can access my home network media servers from it OK.

• The set's Internet connectivity tests say all is OK
• I have the latest firmware
• I've refreshed the Internet content
• I've unpowered the set and restarted it

So have Sony stopped providing Internet services for this model?
