Hi 😊 So I finally got rid of my Nuraphone's and replaced them with some lovely 1000Xm3's, but just a few minor niggles - when I listen to certain music using my Huawei P20 as the source at 100% volume on both the headphones and the phone with ANC enabled, I get some bad distortion on the low frequencies - is this normal for these headphones? I've never experienced bass clipping on any headphone, EVER, It's particularly noticeable in 'DRS - The View (Calibre Remix)'.

Also, particularly when I have ANC on, when I turn my head I can hear an audible... what I can only describe as a 'thud' coming from inside the earcups - is this normal?
