Hi, I am a vaio vpceb4joe user with win7 64 bit ultimate version. I used to connect my nokia 2600c phone with my vaio and share files at random. ANyways, I can't recall exactly what happened but Because of a missing driver I uninstalled the broadcomm bluetooth software from my pc. Later on, I downloaded the 64 bit version of ot from vaio website and tried to install it. But this time it was installed but my device manager is showing a list of missing bluetooth peripheral device(in total 7) and unknown device ( 4 of them). And now whenever I try to send a file from my phone to my vaio, it shows no device found. Moreover, I can pair my phone with my vaio but the services remain unavailable. It tries to install driver from windows update but after some times it shows that all are failed. what can I do? I have downloaded most recent updates and everything is up to date. Please give a helpful suggestion.
