I am using xperia X dual, suddenly my battery's not taking enough charge, like it takes 7 to 8hrs to fully charge and the same is also not taking USB connectivity to pc, it's just don't recognize the device being connected to pc, while continuing to go for charging, which is also recognized by the device after 4 5seconds, please give a solution to this problem, have already visited local service center, they said to make a exchange transaction at half price of the device after resetting my phone, which didn't fix my problem.
