Cant install apps

I cant install update or install any apps, why?... Have a lot of memory left both in my mobil and at SD-card.

Goto apps screen

Long press on the Play store app icon.

A screen pops up.

Tap on i  (information)

App info will pop up

Tap on Storage and clear cache & clear data

Restart your device.
