I have the Xperia X. It has worked for half of the year that I've had it. For the other half I have had to send it in to get fixed because it won't turn on. I have sent it in four times for reair within the past year. FOUR TIMES! That is unacceptable and I am yet to hear from Sony on how they will rectify this situation. I have paid for a high end device for it to NOT WORK for half the year. It is about to run out of warranty and I know that it will stop working again - each time it is the same thing, it just won't turn on. What then? I KNOW it will break again, sinc it has broken consistently every two months if not sooner than that. I am really unimpressed with Sony.
Pfew @juliebishop, you gave the best proof of how rigid this phone is.
Your doing it several times and it survives.
And the complicated system has a name, it's Android.
Sorry that you don't feel comfortable with it.
Once used to it you'd be very happy with the Android user interface.
However if you feel more comfortable with iPhone and IOS then you should stick to it.
