Yea, and I am still stuck on the 4.4.2 (14.3.A.0.757) on model# C6833! are you listening SONY?

Don't know what the truth at this moment is precisely. But, in any case, how many Z Ultra C6802 Users in India , if any , really, have , in effect, been able to update to Android 4.4.4. Motorola G Users could do so 15 days ago already.
But , personally, I have trying 4 Times every day on both Windows & Mac since around 1 month ; but to no avail.
And I strongly doubt that any Problem such as that of the Bootloader or the like is/are to blame for still no update to Android 4.4.4 in connection with Z Ultra C6802. There could be other reasons , rather . Anyway, if any users in India have succeeded in Updating , please reply.

FYI dear, 

Iam using windows 7 64 bit version, from the very day it was released, and did almost all of my sony phones updated using PC Companion [ Mini pro, Arc, now Z ultra upto 14.3.A.0.757] and never unlocked any of my devices, but had no issues till now. This is the first time i am facing such issue 

also FYI i am a Sony phone user since the release of Sony Ericsson T105 it was my first mobile.......

Accurate time to launch the update must be adjusted before release by,quite greedy exhibit to show off new things,show off good solid managment is very important.....i thin

Hi got my Xperia Z ulra (c6833) a week ago and all was fine untill i updated from 4.4.2 to 4.4.4. Since then its randomly reboots by itself, i find it happens mostly when i plug the charger in and not using. 2: today it makes a static/ buzzing noise when i go into the app drawer/ any app and go back to home screen or lock it. Talked to support who said to use PC companion to repair and have done this twice and still happens. They said it could be hardware and i not convinced as i have read others experiencing these issues. Its the software related issues SONY, 4.4.4 is playing up so do something. I cant send it back for repair and if it was "fixed" no guarantee it wont come back if using kitkat.. anyone else have these problems?

My Z Ultra C6802 still doesn't update to Android 4.4.4.

If any Users of the Same Z Ultra Variant in India, have indeed been able to/have already  Update(d)  to Android  4.4.4,

me also, as slyn. after upgrading electrostatic noise from the speaker when listening to music, games and apps. I hope to resolve as soon as possible with a new firmware
