back side cracked by itself

Hi everyone,

my z3 back glass cracked byitself -.- even a friend of mine has a z3 he recently dropped his z3 without back area cracking so i hope certificated sony repair place that my carrier sent it to will be able to approve a warranty repair on this issue since i do not want to pay for something that just cracked on it's own 😕

already had phone returned to where i bought it they said they will send it to company named Deltaservice located in Malmö in sweden, that apperently do certificated sony repairs for sony so i just hope they wont be denying the warranty repair request that store did, the phone itself dont wear any physical damage as drop or so just a big crack on back thats all it has 😕

I have now got my z3 back i had to sadly pay 925SEK for repair but eh they did a great job anyway it came back as new again and even back sticker is remained on new glass to prevent scratches or so while it was sent back, also i recived an small gift from sony that has 2 tempered glass screen protector and note from them 1 is front protection and 1 is back protection.

So yeah the repair place in malmö called DeltaService & Sony gets 5 out of 5 from me

it's around £72, but they did a great job on my z3 here in sweden Even our local post transport is quick it was sent from Stockholm my Z3 to Malmö and arrived to Malmö like 5-10 hours later
