Experia Z3 screen Cracked 4 Days After Purchase

So I bought the new Z3 and after using it for 4 days, i srarted noticing two cracks on top of the screen. I called Sony and they instructed me to send to the repair center. 

for no surprise and as a trend for Sony, they decided that I caused to crack, though the handset has no bends or marks for being dropped. Finally, I agreed to pay because I have no other option.

Then after following up, they rudly tell me they do not have the pare parts to replace the screen, not they will send replacement.

can't you commission a fairly cheap engineer's report to prove that the cracks are not impact based? has anyone tried this? the manufacturer's warranties need to be honoured if not your fault, and you could suggest securing the parts yourself as long as they deduct the same from their fee......

They won't accept a report from someone else mate. The screen crack issue is will known to them, but they live in denial. And supplying the spare parts yourself will break warranty which is useless any way. Shame on you Sony.

Hi my one experia z3 the screen crack.thats why i cant use for touch.my one under warranty on may expire already.so i check to sony store they can repair but $358 the charges..but i havnt decide to repair them.any suggestion guys which better i must do??

You can repair the screen with a thirt party repair service,  tho that will avoid your warrenty and it might not be waterproof anymore.

i read here and there and noticed in some countries Sony service is really poor and bad, while here in sweden it sems to be really great had my back panel re-placed due to a crack paid around £72 for it and even recived 2 piece of glass thempered screen protector from sony as a apologize that i have been withou my phone for a while due to what happened to it so Sony here in sweden is really good
