Bluetooth issue with Renault Mégane 2011

Hi there, a have a brand new Z3 Compact, I have paired with my car system, it works perfectly with cals but I can't download contacts and every 2 min it losses connection with Bluetooth car system making a loud sound, then it reconnect..anyone can advise? Thanks.

Try to reload car system software at Renault service. There was problems with their radios.
