Z2 Switch to Silent By it self

Hi

I got the Z2 device but i am facing strange issue: the Z2 switch to silent by it self, i though its application issue so i reseted the device but still facing the same issue.

Kindly advise what cause the device to switch to Silent mode by it self (its on my desk so i am sure i didnt press the volume key :smileysmileythumbsup: )

It could be related to smart connect.Did this happen when you connected to charger?

No its not related to charger 🙂 but i found that ther is an application which switch the phone to silnet every 4 hours 🙂 so i uninstalled it
