CAN I transfer music to SD card?

There are many MP3 in my Sony M,some were sent by my friends by WhatsApp, some I download myself.There too many MP3 that I don't have many storage, so I bought a SD card.I go to settings and click on storage and transfer data to SD card.But I can't transfer!
Plz help me!

I don't know why you're not able to transfer using that method but you can manually transfer the data using any file browser.

Like File commander , Astro File Manager , etc.

User any of the above or use the one you already have and copy the music from your internal memory to SD card.
