Can the Elm connect to a Mac?

Hi everyone.

I just got the Elm phone J10i2,

and I just simply cannot connect it to my MacBook Pro.

Wih my older phone, I would just use the USB, and the Mac would immediately see it,

but no lack with the Elm.

Do I need some sort of new operating system to make the Elm compatible the Mac?

Any ideas anyone?

Hi,

Do you have a memory card in the phone? A connection with a Mac should be very simple: After you plug it in and highlight and select File Transfer Mode or Mass Storage Mode, your phone should act like card reader and mount the card on the desktop.

You cannot mount the memory of the phone itself. This is the most common issue with what you are describing.
