Echo problem

when I make a call to a person, that person hears his voice doubles (Echo) and it is really hinder
how I can solve this problem

it's good I found the solution, the plastic cover that has the problem, remove the cover to not have this problem

That was going to be my next question if there was anything covering the phone, perhaps a protective case or film
