Email Inbox not syncing
I am suddenly encountering a funny problem. My office email inbox has suddenly stopped to sync with error message "coul not secure connection to server". The IT team of my office has tried to delete and recreate the account, also restored factory settings once. But all in vain. Funnily my sent items are being synced in but the inbox is not syncing in. Please help

Do you experience the same issue using Gmail or another email app (K9, maildroid, etc)?

No issues with gmail. Even in outlook, the sent item is syncing. The inbox is not sync and no new email are being received

Is there an update to the app or have you recently had one prior to this issue as I had a similar issue with Office mobile untill the app was updated

Did not to any update to the app prior to the problem. Post the problem, have updated all the apps. Error continues
