forwarding messages on this phone

I got a new phone today, the sony erricson experia 10. But i am dmubfounded on how to forward message on it once I  received it.. now I am not dumb in the us eof phones, but probably lsot in technology. ??? help

Open messages, then open the thread containing the message you want to forward. Find the message and long press it until a sub-menu appears in the centre of the screen. The forward option is found here.

Yes, what Grotesque666 said.  I'd just add that pressing on something and holding it opens up a few things on the X10 in various places, so if you get stuck with anything, a long press on whatever you have open often helps.  Not always, of course, but it's often worth a try...
