headset not compatible

My headset is original in perfect condition and work put the smartphone now says that it is incompatible.
I already tried other headphones and did not work.
what do i do?

I'm assuming that those headphones worked with before? if they did then restart your phone and check if there's anything inside the 3.5mm port
