I can't get it to start. Are there any guides out there to help me out? Preferbly a videoguide, because I've tried so many ways to get the repair to start, but i just don't.
I get to the point where you are supposed to shut down your phone and remove the USB from both computer and phone. After that I plug in the cable to my phone while holding down the volume key (how long are you supposed to hold down the volume key?) After that I hit next, a dialouge where I have to tick a box saying I know that the information on the phone will be lost, when I hit the continue button on that page, nothing happens. So do anyone know what I'm doing wrong, or know of a guide?

Really, there'e no one who knows hot to do this?
I get stuck on the page where I agree that I know that my personal information will get lost. After that it doesn't continue. Anyone having any sort of experience with this?

same problem
I use a mac on a daily basis but Ialways tend to use the windows laptop to upgrade the phone. I'll try using the mac later and see how it goes.
That is strange, however have you tried removing and reinstalling the Bridge for MAC software?

Hello Slith42,
I'm sorry the repair software tool is not working for you. I will forward your problem to the development crew and get back to you as soon as I have a solution/advice.
Kind Regards,

there is a way to repair your device , there are options on the top of your taskbar click the xperia tab and click repair...
what is repair xperia device in bridge for mac and what it will do
Hi 9666740487!
Repair xperia device is the same as a software repair.
It will erase all the internal memory of your phone.
The only thing that will be left is the information on your SD card.
So if you are going to do it I will recommend you to do a backup before.
It is also good to see if the backup works before repairing your phone.
Best regards
Fredrik
