how to reset safe mode off on xperia m dual?

my xperia m dual is now running on safe mode and i'm unable to run my xperia m dual on normal mode

Simply restart your phone to get out of safe mode. Make sure that the volume down isn't pressed down during the start up since the volume down button will force the phone into safe mode.

Please I have tried restarting my phone and I even factory reset it yet my phone is still running on safe mode. What else can I do to get my phone running on normal mode again?

You have a defective volume down button. Have it fixed at a sony service:
