insufficient storage on Xperis SL

Hi Support Team

I am having Sony Xperia SL with internal memory of 32GB and I am still having 19 GB Free in my internal memory of handset but I am unable to download or update any app because I am getting error of insufficient memory however more than half of memorry is free.

Please suggest on this.

Internal Storage: 25.80 GB

Free Space: 17.35 GB

Device Storage: 1.97 GB

Free Space: 204 MB

You can't update any app bc you only have 204MB available on the Device storage, you will have to remove some apps or clear the cache on other apps.

Can I move some apps to my internal storage and moving forward apps should be installed on Internal storage?

If No then what is the purpose of 18 GB Free Space if I cant use ?

No, you can not, the Internal storage its only for videos, music, movies, pictures.
