Internet keeps crashing

Hi, whilst browsing my phone returns to my app screen. Also when trying to log into my PayPal, next and AA accounts it won't let me. It has only started to do this within the last few days. I haven't installed or deleted anything. Thanks in advance

Have you installed an antivirus or taskiller app? does this happen while on WiFi or Data?

I've never had an antivirus, do I need one? It happens when I'm on wifi. Also I do online shopping and tried last night to order stuff and when I went to my basket it said it was empty, but showing 3 items???

Also I've re-booted and cleared history and cache

That could be an app problem, do you experience the same on other WiFi/hotspots?

Thanks uliwooly you really are a great help. I installed avg antivirus and ran it while I was waiting for a reply. Touch wood it seems ok. It was mainly crashing on news sites. I am going to try and order what I wanted yesterday. Thanks again J
