Issues with contacts' sync and "stamina" and "low battery"mode.

Hi dears;

I have 2 problems to mention;

  1. When I create a contact on my phone as "google contact" not the phone contact mode, it will disappear in both my phone and google account after it syncs. why?
  2. When my phone goes in "STAMINA" and "low battery" mode, it will adopt to their settings such as disabling auto-sync, diplay timeout and etc. But when I charge it, I should make all settings back manually. Shouldn't it be enough intelligent to make these settings back automatically?

For the second question: while charging,stamina is automatically disabled.

About the first,have you tried to set the filters correctly in the contacts app?

Thanks for your reply.

  1. I didn't mentioned the "filters". Thanks to mention. It was a useful tool but not the solution. the problem still exists.
  2. I knew that charging disables the Stamina mode, the problem is that settings won't back to originals after disabling the stamina.

That is something strange,can you check if in safe mode the same occurs?

Which one do you mean, Contacts or Stamina?

Both,but stamina first.

Do you have any other devices connected to the Google account you're using in your phone and could you perhaps try adding a 2:nd Google account and see if the same thing happens if you add some contacts to that account?

1. No, I don't have any other device connected to this account.

2. I don't have any other google account to try it.

Is there any solution?
