Just updated my software via settings feature on my xperia x10i (England) Took close to ten min to update software but all went smoothly until after ph re-boot. Cannot access any apps. Force close on every single one of them, even email and timescape. With phonebook and dialler it states apps are not installed on phone, however they are still listed on the settings menu. Pls advise what my options are. Will I need to restore default settings and start from scratch??? 
Any thoughts and assistance will be greatly appreciated, as things stand at the moment, I am sitting with an utterly useless phone, unable to even dial out or text
