No more updates for the Satio confirmed!!!!

i sent them an email sating will there be another satio update coming out and if so then when. they said that there is no plan for a satio update

this is completely idiotic why SE don't you believe customer satisfaction. oh and btw you do know you could have off even been sued by now for loads of false advertising. i hope this is not true as the whole customer service at SE sucks, JEFF can you say if this is true and you better not take more than a week because its simply a yes or no answer and btw you said everyone including software department etc. can see all the comments then why onearth does it take so long to answer a question.

Bye SE for good as of next month i should get the Google nexus 1.

I just got off the phone with SE and the guy i talked to said thats a lie. He still gave me that bullshit response though "I don't have that information." when asked whens the next update. Guy was an idiot. He kept saying if i use the Update Service it will tell me if I have the latest software update and i kept telling him I know I already have the latest version and that I wanted to know when is the NEXT update going to come out. With all the potential the Satio has, SE seems to just not care about making it the best phone.

EDIT: So I decided to call again and see if I get a different person and maybe a different answer. I got this female that actually went to ask someone because she didn't know. She said there WILL be an update(i repeated the question "Will there be an update?" to make sure of it). Once again though I got that same bullshit "We don't have that information." but she said that there will be an update but doesn't know when.

Technically since SE Satio was launched on Oct 2009, there should be updates for Satio in the pipeline based on SE's above statement. Just sit down tight and wait... SE might just surprise you, who knows right? Give them a chance...

from the look of the 5 latest updates it would seem the Satio is next...but i doubt it. i may just give in and just get the iphone.
