problem with the multimedia touch keys on w960i

hi i have a problem that the multimedia keys under touch screen and above keyboard does not illuminate any more ( no light) when

i open the walkman but it still works so please help what seems to be the problem

Try and rule out a software issue first by running this: http://www.sonyericsson.com/cws/download/1/110/61/1278305977/Update_Service_Setup-2.10.7.15.exe to rule out software issues.

Then you need to contact your local Sony Ericsson office for warranty/support discussions.
