Recover contact book from back-up (.semc-fullbackup)

Hi

I have Xperia T from some time, recently I rooted it. Did work fine. Recently I back up all my data and installed Android 4.4 for xperia Z3, which works fine as well, but I couldn't retrieve my back-up, as it was different system.

I boot phone again, back to T software (same as it was before), but still, all I can recover is a text history (with all numbers from there, but its just maybe 20% of my address book) without phone book itself.

Sony PC Companion isnt a help here, as I recently bought new PC and dont have a copy of phone book, neither gmail or anywhere. All data is stored on SD card. But it cant load it all, it stuck at maybe 60% during back-up .

Is there any tool (other than android on mobile itself) to retrieve such data from SD card?

Well, I downgrade software back to preovius OS vrsion, and then I recover all back-up, then send it all to PC bt PC Companion, so I didn't follow ur advice, but thanks anyway!
