Return phone for a refund?

I bought my new phone Sony Xperia Z ultra on 17/12/2014, from the 'The Mobile Zone', in rs 19200. From the next day of buying this phone, it were creating the problem of auto touch (touch screen problem). I did complain the next day, after that I recieved a new phone.Everything was good, even i was very happy with sony service center, but after few days it was creating the same problem again. I again go to the service center and did complain againts this phone on 17 jan 2015 than after a weak they return my phone with saying that it had software problem, which they resolve, and now my mobile is ok. I took my phone back but again i had to face same problem , my struggle never ends here. From the date of purchasing the phone, i was wondering, what should i do? Finally I did complain again to the service center at (Accel Frontline Ltd 101-102 Sunrise tower ,579 M.G. Road Madhya Pradesh Indore- 452001) on 27 jan 2015. After a long period or after a month (24 feb 2015) I recieved my phone.From the date of purchasing sony experia Z ultra, i am just busy in talking to sony customer care or service center.It troubles me a lot. Now I am tired of complaining, I cant go to the service center again thats why I am sending this mail to you for refund of my mobile, because it still creating the same problem. I cant put my phone on service center because i got my phone after a month than again i cant do this. Now i am totally lost, my patiens is ended, and I am really going through the mental torture, i cant bear it any more. I just want to say or i m requesting for REFUND. I cant use this phone anymore, please give my money back. If you people will not taking my complain seriously than i will go to consumer forum.

I requested you only refund money that's it otherwise i will take help of consumer court or i will sue you.

We are a user support forum so although i am sorry to hear of your troubles there is nothing we can do to help - You would need to either return your device to the place of purchase or contact Xperia care http://www.sonymobile.com/global-en/support/contact-us/
