Hi,

The current software doesn't support transferring files via Bluetooth. We are planning to introduce the feature with an upcoming software release by the end of Q4 at the latest.

No wonder i kept trying to send songs by using bluetooth but failed. So we just have to wait until Q4 then. Thanks for sharing

I mentioned in a different thread that I paired my X10 with my wife's mobile phone.  Although I was unable to send files in the normal way, it did give her access to all my files and she was able to copy stuff from my phone to hers.  Not quite what I'd intended, but there is a way round things if you're desperate, you fully trust the person you're pairing with, and you don't have a computer to hand to transfer things through that...

Hope I'm not preaching to the converted... you did select 'mount' on your phone when connected via usb.  I faffed around for ages with my sons and gave up and used the sd in a converter directly into my pc until I inadvertently discovered the mount function. D'oh!  That was on his LG but it was exactly the same on my X10.

Yes, you'll need to doenload PC Companion and also to mount the phone once you attach it to the computer!  To mount, drag down the notification bar from the top of the screen and follow the instructions.
