Sony Xperia SP Problems keep on increasing: Repaired Four Times with no Good solution

Hi Sony Team,

I had brought Sony Xperia SP, i had Network and Battery Problems.

Repaired by The Service Centre Three Times.(Job No:W115021101503,  W115022103229,  W115022702549)

Instead of resolving the issues each time issue increased.

Service Centre (AarVee Info Services, Grant Road, mumbai) now denies for a replacement.

Their are other Customers with same case like me whose phone is repaired 5 Times but Service Centre not giving replacement.

Other Users, Please do not buy a Sony mobile, the after sales service is pathetic.

Want Sony Team to take Some action and help me buy A Sony LCD\LED or New mobile of other model by paying the difference amount.

Can you please suggest me a good Sony Phone to buy which costs around the same price as Xperia SP.

I suppose you being a part of this user forum, would be in a better position to suggest me a good phone which has faced less user complaints

Depends on your budget and what you want from a phone like are you after a device that will get Lollipop or would you be happy with a device that has KK but may not get Lollipop

Like i said a phone whose budget is aroung the same as Xperia SP (20,000Rupees)

Kitkat is fine with me.

Iam using xperia sp.. So far its d best phone for me.but no kitkat or lollipop..but iam looking forward to custom kitkat roms to support sony smartband..
Btw nw xperia sp costs around Rs.12000 only.. I bought for 11700 last year in an offer.. If u hav 20k budget, then wait for upcoming xperia m4 aqua or buy xperia C3. At Rs.18000 awesome xperia Z ultra is available but dont expect any guarantees as its old stock.. If i wer u i wil buy Z ultra cos for i still trust in them nd my frnd is working at sony, so if any problm he wil help me..
If u can pay upto 24k, then xperia Z1 is yours.. I suggest u buy any Z series with 2gb ram.. 1gb days are over.. Hope u can make a decision to buy a new phone.
