Text messages not coming through.
There has been way to many times where I have to restart my phone in order to get my text messages. One weekend I didn't get a single text I restarted my phone two days later and my phone blew up with all the messages coming through. Is this just my phone?Or did I ppurchase a defective phone?

Hi hardstylemew123,
Discussion Welcome to the community! Since you're new please be sure that you have checked out our Discussion guidelines
I would go with the suggestion Phy put out there, it is more likely the SIM card, I suggest trying a friends or family members and see if the issue continues, if it does not then replace the SIM card.
If it does continue, then it is more likely the Network carrier or possibly software on the device, this is when you can perform a software repair if needed.
