Update failing despite battery full etc.

Hi Guys,

Would apppreciate any help with this...

Have tried installing update on my X2 but it wont insatll onto my phone-but update fails on software install... keeps telling me to check that my battery is full and retry or contact support?

Have followed the update sequence as instructed but still no joy and now my phone will only load up the service mode?

Hope someone can help...thanks!

Hello!

Please try to charge your X2 from the wall charger for at least 1 hour before you update.

With the first software version I experienced (among a lot of other problems) that the phone could indicate full battery although it was quite low.

This happened when charging from a PC USB. I have not experienced this on the new version, but while in update mode it does not always

seems to charge from the PC.

So charge from the wall charger before updating is my advice.

Try to remove the memory card and the SIM-card from the phone before you start the update.

If you still have problems, please tell us the exact error messages that you get, and if they show up on the PC or on the X2.
