Weird Reactions of Screen / Digitizer - Disappointment Technical Service CR

I'll go chronologically:

24.10.2014: Brand new M2 Aqua handovered from Vodafone ČR as a replacement for HTC Desire X. Desire X was bought with a commitment in 2013, been sent to Technical Service 3 times in a row. Finally seller agreed to compensate and I choose M2 Aqua as replacement.

4.12.2014: M2 Aqua been sent to Technical Service. Following was the issue: Outside when the weather is windy, digitizer acts like somebody touches the screen. Due to this, impossible to use phone and/or change applications, texting,  etc. As phone wouldn't allow you. In order to make sure pure reaction of the phone,  "Show touches"  enabled from Developer Settings. Screenshots, videos,  photos of the incident provided to Technical Service.

Technical service stated in their report that "Not occurred / Not found". They simply refused the issue.

12.1.2015: M2 Aqua been sent to Technical Service second time for same reason as given above. This time Technical Service accepted the issue and changed the screen as resolution, stated in their report. However,  issue remains as it is. Once again, screenshots, videos, photos provided as proofs.

29.1.2015: M2 Aqua been sent to Technical Service again for same issue (which Technical Service couldn't find ever). They sent it back again with the report "Not occurred /Not found" but somehow the phone was fixed. The issue with screen was gone. But for some reason,  instead of "fixed" they decided to say "Not occurred /Not found".

23.2.2015: M2 Aqua been sent to Technical Service once again. This time SIM slot got broken while I tried to change SIM.

12.3.2015: Had a phone call with Sony Xperia local customer contact (BTW 844 numbers are paid in ČR, for whatever reason Sony Xperia uses such number,  impossible to understand. I figured after having 30 minutes phone call with them and received warning SMS from my provider Vodafone. Now I'll also have to pay higher bill thanks to Sony). Basically she says "I'm just a Technical Help Desk employee.  I can't help with refund".

So where should I go now?  After these experiences, would anyone continue with Sony?  A global company that doesn't want to interact,  instead guides you to their Authorized Technical Service or seller.  An authorized technical service that doesn't accept issues and refuses and acts like never happened. A seller that doesn't care about customer satisfaction...

I believe it was a factory defect in my case.  Sony even didn't bother to take the case that way and didn't make any research on it.

I guess this story will end up in a court of the law. I don't see any other solution to compensate myself monetary and morally.

Thank you for reading and think twice before you buy any Sony product. Total disappointment overall...
