Xperia l Battery Not Charging Issue-Kindly Help

Dear Sony

I am a big sony fan..currently i'm using Xperia z and i gifted my wife an xperia L an year before. she was happy with that mobile.

Now she was facing an issue. Mobile was not charging,it was showing charging but showing 14 or 7 % and starts discharging never coming more than 50%.

Please help.

Turn off the phone > connect the phone to a wall charger for 2 hours > let it charge, do not try to turn it on, after that repair your phone with PCC and check again

Before you do so, could you boot on safe mode

and see if you can charge the phone that way?
