Xperia SP usb charging and touch problem

Xperia SP(C5302) touch not responding while USB charging especially with Vaio systems(when the system is also on charging mode) and occasionally touch lags when charging normally.Any suggestions..please help??its getting quite cumbersome..

tried enabling and disabling the glove mode and everything..but the Vaio system problem is persistent and the normal wall charging touch problem creeps in occasionally...

using the firmware 12.0.A.1.211.

Never buy Xperia SP had bought 20 days back and faced poor support from service centre. I noticed that service centre peoples are not educated enough to solve the display problem of mine phone. problem detail: Display either not responding or auto responding while connected to USB. Note: My phone is still at service centre and they are going to replace motherboard instead of replacing brand new phone. Problem was reported to customer care within 6 days of purchase.

I have the xperia sp and the touch screen won't respond while the phone is connected to its charger. I have an xperia go too. I plugged the sp to the go charger and it works normally. Both chargers are originals that came with the phones.

I bought Sony xperia sp,It just hangs while charging when unpluged from charge its works fine.Does changing charger output works good?How does your's works?Please reply me man.

Hi, I've found that the only charger that the phone does not freeze with is the genuine Sony one that came with the phone. It could have something to do with the electrical output of the charger.

i think is the voltage current problem,i facing same problem at my work and connect to laptop but it do well when i charge it with home plug,even usb port is 5v but it do not exactly 5v,smaller voltage will make touch effect went crazy,i tried bigger voltage at industry area which have higher current power which cause my having charges and shocked me when i play my phone while looking SMS or etc...so far no solution

I have faced the same problem on xperia e dual. it's not manufacturing defect.it's power supply problem.your laptop charger is not connectd to the grounded electric connection.bcoz of the low power supply  touch screen capacitors do not work properly.see these links.....

Sony is doing nothing on this issue, i have fruhstruted from last 15 months with this issue. got replacment also but still facing same problem in new phone also. Service center guys said this is manufacturing problem with all models.
