Xperia T charging slowly

my xperi T was working fine and used to get charged within an hour via wall socket. today i plugged my device when it came down to 25% and even after 2 hours, its still on 86%. its charging too slow. what should i do ?

restart your phone, I've seen this happening with different phones (not just Xperia) and the problem were apps that were running and draining your battery faster that it can recharge, perhaps google + or a game, so the question is, were you using your phone while charging it?

I have a sony xperia c and I have the same probleme, I takes about 3 and a halfe houres to fully charge, and while charging, the battery stuckes on a certain persantage, last night it stayde at 77% for about 15 min, and the night befor it stayed at 55% for about 30 min, ive been incontering this problem for about 4 days, any help please .
