Xperia Tablet Z pairing issue

Hi!

I am a long time trying to connect my Xperia PC via wifi, as before I could with my Xperia Mini (until he was last updated), but I have not been able to.

After Windows 7 (pro, 64) almost freeze, comes this message: "unable to associate your device with this system" when I make the initial connection via USB cable.

The tablet is recognized by Windows (drivers ok!), But the pairing does not happen.

I see that many people have this problem. How to fix it? With my Xperia Mini Pro is the same problem, and it is very frustrating Sony does not fix it automatically.

What should I do?

Thanks to all who are willing to help. And sorry for my bad English. Slightly_smiling_Face

Do you mean you are trying to pair via wifi to your Pc? or are you trying via USB?

Thommo, thanks for your reply.

I tried to pair as instructed I saw on my Xperia: connecting the USB cable, go to the "My Computer" -> "Network Configurations". Following the Windows instructions, after staying a downtime, the system warns that it can not do the pairing.

That is, I tried to do the pairing for usb cable, so I could later use the tablet without cable, after pairing, but I have not achieved there are already two or three updates Android... The message: "Xperia Tablet Z has not Been configured. Unable to associate your device with this system".

I reinstalled the tablet factory software earlier by PC Companion, but the problem persists ... Any help?

I did it! \o/

At other times I had tried to do the pairing through PC Companion, but never worked out ...

This time, even with a PC Companion error message when I turned on the tablet screen, there was a message that the pairing was done with my Vaio!

What I had to do then was to go to "Xperia Connectivity" and click to turn pairing with my notebook.

I believe that the PC Companion System Restore has made a difference ... Who is going through the same problem, you can try it!

Then I try to "resurrect" the pairing with my Xperia Mini Pro, following the same steps. I hope it works.

I thank all who somehow became interested in the topic. Thank U!
