xperia Z os 4.4.4 keyborad , menu and scrolling lag never ends!

I tried to fix the lagging problems by activating "force gpu rendering".... Removed alot of apps and i have about 7Gb of free internal space, i did a reset to factory settings.. Pc companion fix and nothing worked actually, the lag disappears only when I restart my phone...and then returns again after a while

Any help please?!

Try this

settings > apps > all > phone > clear data > restart the phone 

if that doen't help, backup your texts and then open the messaging app and delete all conversations

Where do you experience the scrolling lag?

I experience the scrolling lag anywhere...whatsapp,browser,album,the settings menu

I forgot to ask, do you have an antivirus or taskiller app(s)?

Cm security as an antivirus..and clean master for task killing to free more Ram...really thanks for your care

uninstall them > restart the phone > check again bc those apps aside of draining your battery they will create this issues.
