Xperia Z1 not locking

Hey guys,

I've got a very strange problem with my Xperia Z1.
When pressing the power button, my screen turns black (as usual).
But, it does not lock, so I don't have to enter my code when I press the power button again.
But that's not it. It drains my battery like crazy. The past couple of minutes I lost like 5-10% by doing nothing.

Restarting my device fixes the problem for a couple of hours, but the problem happens again a while later.

In my notification bar at the top of my screen, I see this blinking 'location logo'. It looks like this: http://i.imgur.com/KF3yxti.png
I have no idea if this has anything to do with it, but I'm just telling you some unusual things which may cause the problem.

Settings-security-screen lock,see if you have any. It would be worth to boot in safe mode and check if the same occurs:

Well, you've led me in the right direction.

I had that setting on 5 seconds. I've never experienced problems with that before.
I just set it on "Lock immediately", and now it works.

Though, it should just work with that 5 second setting...

I have it on 5 seconds too,after the display timeout lapses,it will lock for me.
